Clint (JEEPOLANTERN) called the meeting to order at 7:35 p.m.

Aaron (YJ_Aaron) made roll call. There were 17 members present.

Alex (derf1184) presented the financial report with a balance of $1,192.84

Old Business:

Bobby (B-Love) reported on SMORR Run with Military Jeepers on November 21st that about 7 Jeeps were present.

Christmas Party is this Saturday, December 5th. A sign up sheet for food and amenities is being passed around.

The club was reminded to bring nonperishable items to the party for Ozarks Food Harvest.

Annual Disney Run is scheduled for January 9th. We will meet at Hood's Truck Stop on I-44 between 6:00 – 6:30 a.m. We will leave at 7:00.

Jacque (girlyjeep) is in the process of contacting Ozarks Food Harvest to have a representative come to the annual meeting in March to present the nonperishable items and a check for the proceeds collected through the year. This will also include the $500.00 the membership voted to give rather than participate in the Sertoma Chili Cook-Off.

Aaron (YJ_Aaron) spoke about the logo and Casey (KC Luvvved) volunteered to make a digital logo for Steve (Mr. Safety) to produce business cards and flyers for marketing

Herb (Grizzly) spoke to the Fall Fest last month and reported that he was approached by individuals who attended SMORR's 4xFest and stated their disappointment in the OJT club not sponsoring an event this year. Herb requested the club consider sponsoring the 4xFest next year. Clint (JEEPOLANTERN) asked the members for any suggestions for our own event. The members engaged in speaking to this issue and planning the event prior to the new BOD taking over in April. Roger (OldYJ) talked about the goals of previous 4xFests and an area in Branson. If anyone knows of someone with land let the BOD know so we can further this endeavor. Aaron talked about making a collaborative effort for two to three years and a commitment from the club members. The BOD will consider reinstating the 4xFest in a format that will be considered by the membership.

New Business:

Bobby (B Love) talked about the February 20th run to Chadwick or Cassville. It will be posted on the website.

Larry (CRAZY LARRY) had knee replacement at St. John's and will be discharged this week.

Tom (GRIZWALL) is being admitted to Cox South for knee replacement on Monday. Visitors are welcomed.

Roy Burgess (, a charter member of the club, brother Charlie passed away this past week and the club sent flowers to the family as a memorial.

Open the floor for nominations of officers: Those nominated must be a member since December 2nd, 2008 and must be present at this meeting to accept the nomination. Clint opened the floor for nominations.

No nominations were made.

Secretary

Bobby Love (B-Love) nominated Jim Markusic (upnover) who accepted the nomination.

Treasurer

Roger Miller (OldYJ) and Bobby Love (B-Love) nominated Alex DeVries (derf1184) who accepted the nomination.

Nominations will be taken again at the next meeting.

The next meeting will be January 7, 2010, 7:30 p.m. at The Library Center.

Motion to adjourn was made by Roger (OldYJ) and 2nd by Mark (Hotshot).

The meeting adjourned at 8:05 p.m..
